Delete your GMNet account
You can request deletion even if you cannot sign in to the app.
How to request deletion
Email admin@watchgmnet.com from the address on your GMNet account with the subject “Delete my GMNet account”. If you cannot access that email address, explain this in your request so we can verify account ownership another way. Never send your password.
What happens next
After verifying that the request is from the account holder, we will delete the active account and account-linked viewer profiles, saved titles, watch progress, search history and preferences. Deletion ends access to that account. If you also used Google sign-in, this request deletes your GMNet account; it does not delete your Google account.
Some information may remain temporarily in provider backups or logs, or as required for security or legal obligations. We will respond to your request at the registered email address.
