Information we use

• Account information: your email address, account identifier and details you enter during registration. When you choose Google sign-in, Google may share the identity information you authorize for sign-in.
• Viewer profiles: profile names, selected avatars and preferences.
• Viewing activity: saved titles, search history, watch progress and last watched positions so those features work for your profile.
• Technical information: authentication, device, connection and playback data needed by our service providers to operate the app and deliver video.
• Support requests: the information you send when asking for help or account deletion.

Why we use it

We use this information to create and secure accounts, show the catalogue, stream selected videos, save viewer preferences and watch progress, respond to requests, and maintain the service. These uses support the service you request and our legitimate need to operate it safely. Where a separate permission is required for a feature, we will ask for it.

Providers and locations

GMNet currently uses Supabase for authentication and app data, Google if you choose Google sign-in, and Mux to deliver video. The policy website also uses hosting infrastructure that may process standard request information. These providers may process data outside your country under their own infrastructure and terms. We do not publish your private viewer information as part of the public catalogue.

Storage and retention

Some session and viewing information is stored on your device and in GMNet's service database. We keep account and profile data while the account is active and remove active account-linked records after a verified deletion request. Limited information may remain for a period in provider backups, operational logs, or records we must keep for security or legal reasons. Contact us if you want to ask about a particular record.

Younger viewers

GMNet accounts are intended for people aged 13 and over. A profile for a younger viewer should be managed and supervised by its account holder. If you believe a person under 13 created an account, email us so we can review and remove it.

Your choices

You can change some profile information in GMNet. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information, email admin@watchgmnet.com. We may verify that you control the account before acting. See our account deletion instructions. You can also raise a privacy concern with the relevant data protection authority where you live.

Security and updates

We use access controls and our service providers' security features to protect account information, though no internet service can promise absolute security. We may update this policy as GMNet changes and will show the new effective date here. For privacy questions, contact admin@watchgmnet.com.
