Terms of Use

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 13 to create a GMNet account. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to help you use the service where appropriate. You may register with an email address or a supported sign-in provider such as Google. Keep your credentials private and provide accurate account details. Let us know if you suspect someone has accessed your account without permission.

2. Viewer profiles

Account holders may create viewer profiles, including profiles for younger family members. The account holder is responsible for use of those profiles and should supervise younger viewers. Age and content labels are guides; GMNet does not currently provide verified parental controls.

3. Watching GMNet

GMNet offers films, series and related information for personal viewing through the app. The service is free to view at launch. We may change the available titles, supported devices and features. Streaming quality and availability depend on your device, internet connection and content source.

Your access does not give you ownership of the films or permission to copy, record, redistribute or publicly screen them without permission from the rights holder.

4. Responsible use

Do not interfere with the service, bypass its security, access another user's account or information, or use GMNet in a way that infringes others' rights. We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect the service and other viewers.

5. Changes and future payments

We may update GMNet and these terms as the service develops. If paid plans are introduced, we will provide the price, renewal, cancellation and other applicable payment terms before asking you to buy one. Changes to these terms will be shown here with an updated effective date.

6. Privacy and account deletion

Our Privacy Policy describes how GMNet uses account and viewing information. You may ask to delete your account using the process on our account deletion page. Contact admin@watchgmnet.com with questions about these terms.
